Sun Damage

Frequently, chronic sun exposure, often during childhood and the teenage years, results in changes in the skin that may make it look prematurely aged. Wrinkles, brown spots, and prominent vessels or redness may all result from those years on the beach or playground. Fortunately, many of these visible signs of sun damage may be improved with various types of laser therapy, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and injectable agents like Botox and fillers. In addition, your CDLC physician will talk with you about ways to best protect your skin from additional sun damage.
